Refund and Returns Policy

Our return and refund policy is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging. Certain categories of goods are exempt from returns, such as perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To initiate a return, proof of purchase or a receipt is required. Please refrain from sending the product back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, including:

  • Books showing signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error
  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

In case of delayed or missing refunds, we advise checking your bank account, contacting your credit card company, and reaching out to your bank. Refunds are not applicable to sale items, and we only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us and send the item to the provided physical address.

For gifts, if the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit equivalent to the return’s value will be issued. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, a refund will be processed directly to the gift giver.

Return shipping is at your expense, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
